The system consists of servo controller control, hydraulic transmission control, servo motor planetary reducer ball screw drive system, box frame components, and other components.

The horizontal grinding head mainly grinds horizontal planes (it can also grind inclined surfaces of 90 degree V-shaped rails).
Vertical grinding head (hydraulic locking), mainly used for grinding side planes, adjusting angles, and can also grind V-shaped rails and dovetail grooves at any angle.

Longmen style frame, consisting of double columns, crossbeams, and bed body, forming a closed rigid frame structure.
The crossbeam is a rectangular stepped guide rail with good mechanical properties and strong rigidity.

The horizontal grinding head adopts a nationally patented dynamic and static pressure spindle, while the vertical grinding head adopts rolling bearings.

The worktable has stepless speed regulation for smooth movement and low noise. The independent hydraulic station is equipped with an oil temperature and air cooling device. The worktable's movement speed and distance can be remotely controlled, with stepless speed regulation, and has jog and automatic functions.

Lubrication is carried out by an automatic lubrication device. If there is a shortage of oil, it can automatically shut down and sound an alarm.
